Return & Shipping Policy

Normal shipping transit time is within 5-7 business days for domestic carriers (USPS). International shipping is 7-14 business days after your package has been shipped. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost.

Order Cancellation:

  • Service Packages:
    • Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase for service packages.
    • Cancellation requests after 24 hours may incur a processing fee.
  • Merchandise:
    • Merchandise orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
    • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Refund Policy:

  • Service Packages:
    • Refunds for service packages are contingent upon the scope in the project agreement, minus any work already completed.
    • No refunds will be issued for services completed or delivered.
  • Merchandise:
    • Full refunds will be issued for merchandise returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Digital Products (Non-Tangible Goods)
    • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable files), refunds are not generally provided.
    • If there are technical issues with the download, we will work to resolve them promptly.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special digital and screen printing technologies, but If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement within 30 days of receipt.
